In this talk, Dr Kathy Weston shares a range of evidence-based tips and ideas that will help parents support their children more effectively with their school-work, exam preparation and motivational levels in general. The talk will cover topics such as: organisational skills, supporting teens with exam anxiety, effective revisions techniques and how to support their mental health alongside encouraging them to aim high.
